Product Compatibility Matrix

This section provides you with platform compatibility as it relates to following:

 

  • Operating Systems supported by ActiveBatch.

  • The ActiveBatch backend Databases supported.

  • The vendor software versions supported for specific Jobs Library Job Steps, officially named Extensions

Support Policy for Third-Party Software, Databases and OS Platforms

Full Support

  • Full Support is only available when the 3rd Party Software or Platform is in general support from the vendor.

 

Limited Support

  • Limited Support is available where the 3rd Party Software or Platform's general support has expired, but the vendor offers a currently valid extended support option. Limited Support means that Redwood will provide best efforts to help customers resolve or mitigate any problems. Redwood will only provide fixes or patches for Redwood products that are currently supported and will not back-port any fixes or patches to unsupported releases. Customers should be aware that Redwood will not perform any testing to validate new releases of its products against these 3rd Party Software or Platform versions and that Redwood strongly recommends that customers who are unable to upgrade their 3rd Party Software or Platforms perform their own rigorous testing when deploying new supported versions of Redwood software with these 3rd Party Software or Platforms.

No Support

  • Redwood is unable to offer support for any 3rd Party Software or Platform that does not have a currently valid support or extended support option from the vendor.
