Microsoft Exchange
The Microsoft Exchange steps support the creation and management of Exchange mailboxes and distribution groups.

This job step allows you to associate a member with a Distribution Group
Job Step Properties
Exchange Version – This dropdown and collection of properties denotes the version of Microsoft Exchange that you wish to use.
Exchange Server Address – This is the host name or IP address of the Exchange Mail server.
Credential – This is an optional property that represents the path of a User Account object whose credentials are appropriate for connecting to the specified Exchange server. If omitted, the Execution User credentials are assumed.
Authentication Type – Is an optional property that represents the authentication mechanism (i.e. Kerberos, Basic, etc) the underlying software is to be use to authenticate. By default, “default” is used.
Distribution Group Name – This property represents the name of the Distribution Group the member is to be added to. This property supports a dropdown that will enumerate your groups.
Member Name – This property represents the name of the Member. This property supports a dropdown that will enumerate your members.

This job step allows you to create a Distribution Group.

This job step allows you to create a mailbox.

Display Name – This property is the “display name” of the mailbox to be created.
User Principal Name – This property is the User Principal Name (UPN) of the mailbox. The syntax is user-name@domain.
Password – This property is the password for the mailbox.
Database Name – This property represents the database name on the mail server for the mailbox to be created in.
Type – This optional property indicates the type of mailbox. Choices are: Regular, Room, Equipment and Shared. If omitted, Regular is used.
Force Password Reset – This optional Boolean property indicates whether the password should be reset on the next login.
First Name – This optional string property represents the first name of the user of the mailbox.
Last Name – This optional string property represents the last name of the user of the mailbox.

This job step allows you to delete a Distribution Group.

Distribution Group Name – This property represents the name of the Distribution Group to delete.

This job step allows you to disable an existing mailbox.

Exchange Server Address – This is the host name or IP address of the Exchange Mail server.
Credentials – This is an optional property that represents the path of a User Account object whose credentials are appropriate for connecting to the specified Exchange server. If omitted, the Execution User credentials are assumed.
Authentication Type – This is an optional property that represents the authentication mechanism (i.e. Kerberos, Basic, etc) the underlying software is to be use to authenticate. By default, “default” is used.
Mailbox Name – This property represents the user’s mailbox to disable.

This job step allows you to disassociate (remove) a Member from a Distribution Group.

Member Name – This property represents the name of the Member. This property supports a dropdown that will enumerate your associated members.

This job step allows you to enable an existing mailbox.
