SLA List
This view is a list of objects marked as SLA sensitive and a summary of their properties.
SLA or Service Level Agreement objects represent those objects (Plans and/or Jobs) that are considered time critical and usually have deadlines. The list above shows both types of deadlines. RD represents the Relative Duration deadline which is expressed as time. AD represents Absolute Time which is expressed as clock time. SLA Satisfaction represents the percentage of runs that have resulted in the SLA being met (so 100% is the goal).
