Recycle Bin
The Recycle Bin is an ActiveBatch object where deleted objects are stored. The Recycle Bin is bold when it contains deleted objects.
To empty the Recycle Bin, click on the Recycle Bin in the Views pane, which will tab the Recycle Bin in the Main view.
Next, click on the Recycle Bin icon in the toolbar, as depicted in the image below.
Confirm you want to empty the Recycle Bin. When clicking “Yes”, all the objects in the Recycle Bin are permanently deleted.
Instead of emptying the entire Recycle Bin, you can select an object to permanently delete. You can also select an object to restore. To help narrow the scope of objects you see displayed in the bin, you can click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the filter textbox (where “All” is depicted in the image below).
Recycle Bin Operations
You have the option to Restore or Delete objects permanently from the system. To restore object(s), select one or more objects, then right-click on either Restore or “Restore To”. Restore will restore the object back to its original location. “Restore To” will restore the object to a location of your choosing by selecting a Folder or Plan to restore the object to. To permanently delete object(s), select one or more objects, right-click then select "Delete Permanently".
The Security operation allows you to set security for Recycle Bin access.
